Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If for some unforeseen circumstance we are unable to send an item we will notify you be email.

Shipping

Our shipping fee is simple -  a flat rate of £5.95 (inc. VAT) regardless of the number of items purchased in a single transaction, to a single address on mainland UK (excluding furniture).

Items can be shipped abroad and will be charged at cost. Please contact The Home for a specific quote. Any duty and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

Orders will be shipped with either Royal Mail, APC Couriers, or other suitable transporter. In every case the delivery will need to be signed for by the recipient.

All items in stock will be dispatched in 1-3 working days. If you require clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.

Furniture

The price quoted on the website includes delivery to our showroom in Saltaire. Items can be collected seven days a week, or delivery arranged. Delivery will be charged at cost and will depend on the product and location. Please contact The Home for a  specific quote.

Whilst we hold a number of furniture pieces in stock for immediate shipping, unfortunately we cannot always keep all ranges & finishes. Our furniture is sourced solely from companies licensed to manufacture classic pieces to the designers original high specification and standards. As such they are not 'mass produced' and in many cases are made or finished by hand to order. Therefore lead times are usually 6 - 8 weeks from the date the order is placed. We believe you will enjoy our furniture for many years to come. In 10 or 15 years, a 6 week wait will all be long forgotten!

 

Security

The Home recognises the importance of secure online shopping for customers.

We use World Pay as our payment service provider. Our customers’ details remain secure throughout the transaction process. All transaction information passed between our site and World Pay system is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

Please be assured that your privacy will be respected. Under no circumstances will we share customer details with a third party. All orders are dispatched in confidence and are addressed to the contact specified. All details that we collect from you are kept strictly confidential.

Conditions of Use

The Home is proud to supply items of the highest standard.

Our returns policy is simple. You may return any item within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

The items must be returned in its original packaging with all associated labels/tags.

If you return any item which is incomplete or is in an unsatisfactory condition then your refund will not be processed.

All items should be returned by recorded delivery to ensure that we receive them. The Home will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit which have not been sent by recorded delivery.

When returning your item, please specify on the returns form whether you would like a credit note or an exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
