Involving 40 manufacturing steps, with a steel alloy containing 6 materials, the Wüsthof knife is a feat of German engineering. These hand-finished knives are exceptionally sharp, stain resistant and easily manageable.
Precision forged from one solid piece of steel, these are manufactured using traditional forging methods, making them extremely robust, gaining the reputation as the ‘work horse’ of knives. Having been founded in 1814, the family-run company is now in its seventh generation and still manufactures in Solingen, Germany.
Manufactured in high carbon steel.
