Designed by Richard Sapper
Manufactured by Alessi
In the first collaboration of its kind, Alessi joined the forces of former Mercedes-Benz designer Richard Sapper with several of Europe’s leading chefs, including two members of the legendary Troisgros dynasty.
Using eight chefs in total, over a course of eight years, the pans were meticulously developed. The ‘Orion’s Belt’ range of pans was inspired by those described by Vatican chef Bartolomeo Scappi in 1570, with the adaptive used of modern techniques and materials.
• The bilaminate model is the top end range, has a thick copper coating with a stainless steel lining, benefiting from the highest standard of conduction and heat distribution, while retaining all the modern hygiene and durability of steel. Truely the choice of the professional.
