‘The’ Water Kettle
A truly elegant way to boil water for the full Chemex experience.
Another US classic from the archives of Chemex Coffee (although it boils water equally well for making tea!).
The silicone tipped "steam stopper" leads steam up a tube and out of the top meaning the neck remains cool enough to function as a handle.
Can be used directly on gas hobs or on electric hobs with the metal diffuser (included).
The kettle also functions as a superb decanter or cold drinks jug and because the glass is borosilicate it does not affect the taste of the drink...hot or cold.
Hand blown Chemex kettle made of heat proof, laboratory grade, borosilicate glass (the same as use in laboratory conical flasks to be used on Bunsen burners).
Includes silicone rubber ball steam stopper.
